1. General Provisions

These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from ATLA. If you are accessing this site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

As a manufacturer, we strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, due to the nature of industrial manufacturing:

• Dimensional Tolerance: All stainless steel sinks are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances (typically ±1-2mm).
• Color Representation: Actual PVD finish colors (e.g., Gold, Gunmetal) may vary slightly from the images shown on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
• Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product or change specifications at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Pricing (B2B Policy)

A. Quotes & Estimates

All price quotes provided via email or our website are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., Nickel, Chromium market prices), we reserve the right to adjust pricing for expired quotes.

B. Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)

For custom-manufactured products (OEM/ODM), a non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Once production drawings are approved by the client, no further changes can be made without incurring additional costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of Loss: Unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., CIF terms), all purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin).
• Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt, and concealed damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays in shipment caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images, is the property of ATLA and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use our product images for commercial purposes (e.g., listing on Amazon/Wayfair) without our rigorous written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of the use of our website or products.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Foshan.Guangdong.China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
