For pressed sinks, we use 800-ton hydraulic machines to ensure uniform thickness. For handmade sinks, laser cutting robots ensure precise dimensions (±0.5mm tolerance).
Our automated brushing line creates a refined Commercial Grade Satin Finish. We also offer PVD Nano coating in Gold, Black, and Gunmetal for high-end custom orders.
Every sink undergoes a 100% water leakage test. We then apply heavy-duty soundproofing pads and undercoating before packing into ISTA-3A certified cartons.

0.1mm Precision
Used for our handmade sink production. The fiber laser technology cuts steel sheets with 0.1mm accuracy, ensuring perfect square corners and tight assembly gaps.
Seamless Joints
Robotic arms perform continuous welding for R0/R10 corners. This automation creates seamless, leak-proof joints that are visually invisible after polishing.
Advanced Finishing
Our in-house PVD chamber deposits titanium ions onto the steel surface, creating Gold, Rose Gold, and Black finishes that are scratch-resistant and anti-bacterial.
