If you are in the kitchen and bath industry, you already know the trend: standard brushed stainless steel is making room for striking colors like Gunmetal, Matte Black, and Brushed Gold. The demand for PVD sinks is through the roof.
But if you are a brand owner or a wholesaler buying these sinks, you have probably hit the same wall: finding a manufacturer that can deliver consistent color quality at a high volume without extending lead times to ridiculous lengths.
We saw this bottleneck coming. That’s why we just completed a massive upgrade at our manufacturing facility. We are thrilled to announce that our brand-new, fully automated PVD and Nano-coating production line is officially up and running.
The result? Our monthly capacity for premium PVD stainless steel sinks has just hit 50,000 units.
What Exactly Did We Upgrade?
In the past, the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process was the slowest part of sink manufacturing. It requires putting the finished T304 stainless steel sinks into a highly controlled vacuum chamber. You can’t rush it.
Instead of rushing the process, we scaled the infrastructure. We brought in state-of-the-art, automated vacuum deposition chambers. This new line doesn’t just increase our output; it removes the human-error element from the coating process. Once the sinks are perfectly welded, polished, and cleaned, they move through the automated PVD chambers where materials like Titanium Nitride (TiN) are vaporized and fused at the molecular level to the steel.
Right after the PVD coloring, the sinks go through our upgraded Nano-coating station. This applies that invisible protective layer that makes the sink oil-proof, water-repellent, and incredibly easy to clean.
Why This Matters for Your Business (The B2B Advantage)
Hitting 50,000 units a month is a great milestone for us, but what does it actually mean for your supply chain? Here is how this factory upgrade directly benefits our wholesale and OEM partners:
Rock-Solid Color Consistency
Nothing kills a brand’s reputation faster than a customer buying a “Brushed Gold” sink in May, and a matching accessory in August, only to find the shades of gold don’t match. Because our new line is fully automated and computer-controlled, the temperature, time, and gas mixtures in the vacuum chamber are identical every single time. Batch A will perfectly match Batch Z. Period.
Faster Lead Times
Waiting 60 to 90 days for a container of colored sinks is brutal for cash flow. By pushing our capacity to 50,000 PVD sinks per month, we have slashed our production lead times. Whether you are ordering a mixed container of 16-gauge undermounts or a high-volume run of drop-in workstation sinks, we process and ship your orders faster.
Zero Peeling or Fading (Fewer Returns)
A lot of cheap “colored sinks” on the market are just sprayed with an electrostatic paint. They look great out of the box, but they scratch and peel within months. Our PVD process creates a microscopic bond between the finish and the base material. The color is fused to the metal. It provides excellent protection against wear, corrosion, and tarnish, built to handle the abuse of a busy kitchen. For you, this means virtually zero after-sales complaints or returns.
Ready for OEM Customization
Want a specific shade of Rose Gold or a custom Gunmetal Black to match your proprietary faucet line? With our new equipment, our R&D team can dial in custom colors and scale that specific profile directly into mass production for your brand.
Bottom Line
Scaling up isn’t just about making more sinks; it’s about making better sinks, more reliably. With our new automated PVD and Nano line, we are giving our B2B partners the speed, consistency, and premium quality they need to dominate the high-end kitchen sink market.
