For standard models, our MOQ is 50 pieces per item. However, for new customers, we accept a flexible trial order (mixed container) to help you test the market. For custom OEM products, MOQ may vary based on mold requirements.
Standard lead time is 30-40 days after deposit confirmation. For repeat orders of standard models, we can expedite production to 25 days. Custom molds require an additional 15 days for development.
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy). For larger orders, strictly LC at sight is also negotiable.
Absolutely. We highly encourage sample testing for quality assurance. Standard sink samples can be dispatched within 7 days. The sample cost will be fully refunded or deducted from your initial bulk order.
Our standard quotations are based on FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou ports. However, we also offer EXW for clients with their own forwarders, and CIF/DDP solutions depending on your project requirements and destination country.

No. Unlike traditional electroplating, our Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process bonds the titanium color at an atomic level in a vacuum chamber. It provides extreme scratch resistance, passes strict Cross-Hatch Adhesion Tests (Class 0), and will not peel or flake.
Rust prevention starts at the factory. Every sink undergoes a strict passivation process to remove free iron. Furthermore, all our products are securely sealed in VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) bags with silica gel desiccants to ensure they arrive 100% rust-free.
Absolutely. We offer Laser Etching, Silk Printing, or Stamped Logos on the sink surface. For packaging, we provide fully customized color cartons with your brand design and SKU labels.
Yes. For e-commerce clients (Amazon/Wayfair), we use ISTA-3A standard honeycomb packaging to ensure the sinks survive rough handling during delivery. Drop tests can be performed upon request.
